Why I don’t want to be a full-time travel blogger all the time

You wanted an explanation of why I don’t want to be a full-time blogger all my life? I’ll try to explain why…

So I’m an introvert who better to say that I’m an ambivert. That means that I am introverted with new people, well I’m pretty extroverted with those who I already know and my best friends of course. You would say that a home-based profession would be perfect for an introvert but it’s not true. We do get lonely at home and we still need communication. However while an extrovert can just go easily meet people at the different events, they are just naturally sociable, for us, it’s hard to meet and open to new people.

WHY I DON’T WANT TO BE A FULL-TIME TRAVEL BLOGGER ALL THE TIME

At work I kind of feel part of the community I know my colleagues I might not like them that much but I’ve been around them for a while. And I already feel like I know them and I can certainly talk to them. And they might be interested in me as well they might ask me questions and I can tell them about what happened during the weekend or how was my recent trip.

The coolest part about being a travel blogger full time is that you can travel full time

The coolest part about being a travel blogger full time is that you can travel full time. In the ideal world. My husband is still working full time so he has this standard 25 day per year holiday allowance. Also, we are renting a property in London. But even if we buy a property in London and I go travelling full-time. I’m on a visa so I will lose the right to reside in the UK and I won’t be able to come back to my home.

Being a full-time travel blogger while sitting at home alone most of the time just doesn’t sound very cool at all.

Even even if my husband finds a remote job we still won’t be able to travel full time. Even if my husband finds a remote job we still won’t be able to travel full time. So that’s why I want to go back to work. And I’m currently rethinking which career path to take or whether I should go self-employed and start my own business or start doing guided tours around London or photo sessions which is another possibility.

WHY I DON’T WANT TO BE A FULL-TIME TRAVEL BLOGGER ALL THE TIME

However what I want to do with my blog is to grow it too it’s 100,000 monthly page views, so brings me a very nice side income. So I can find a job that I like and not focus on the salary that much.
